Alien
An unnamed alien who appears in the kingdom, evading investigators while requesting cover from the ruler.
Blacksmith
A skilled metalworker who operates the kingdom's forge, providing weapons and armor for the royal army. The Blacksmith is essential military infrastructure, enabling both defensive capabilities (equipping guards) and offensive operations (forging the Dragonblade for the Dragon quest). He represents medieval craftsmanship and military preparedness.
Mason
A skilled and loyal construction worker who tirelessly expands the kingdom through building projects. The Mason is responsible for all major infrastructure including granaries, houses, taverns, and other facilities that enable population growth and citizen satisfaction.
Chester
Chester is a mimic-like chest cursed by a witch, compelling him to eat people; he pays gold compensation and can be cured by magical NPCs.
Circus
A wandering circus troupe that the Royal Advisor brings to the king/queen's attention via petition. The circus represents tourism, entertainment, and cultural enrichment for the kingdom. Unlike individual NPCs, the Circus is a collective entity—performers, animals, acts, and attractions that bring joy to citizens. They can visit temporarily for three days or, if invited, establish permanent residence with a circus tent, becoming a lasting source of happiness and tourism revenue.
Mortimer (Cthulhu-like sea monster)
Mortimer is a purple octopus monster that emerges from the waters after the kingdom’s fishing operations expand. He functions as a terror of the harbor, enraged by increased activity from the Fisherman’s upgraded boat. He demands citizens as sacrifices to appease him, implying a territorial sea predator asserting dominance over coastal waters.
Georgie
Georgie is a red-skinned imp demon who embodies the classic 'Deal with the Devil' archetype. He preys on desperate rulers in debt, offering immediate financial relief at the cost of citizens' lives/souls. Despite his demonic nature, he operates with surprising fairness—his deals are transparent about costs, and he occasionally offers non-evil options including an 'angel transformation' and cataclysmic sacrifice that removes him from the game.
Fisherman
An old fisherman who visits multiple times requesting gold loans to buy bait and gear, repaying later with interest or fish deliveries.
Monsieur Esprit
Monsieur Esprit is a ghostly visitor who doubts the quality of the kingdom and the ruler's ability, appearing multiple times to challenge or offer services.
Jester
A cheerful, theatrical clown who seeks funding to perfect an elaborate performance show for the kingdom. Speaks in an exaggerated, drawn-out manner with elongated vowels ('Ohooooo!', 'shooooooow').
Knight
A short, stalwart knight devoted to the monarch, constantly seeking dangerous quests to bring prosperity and safety to the city.
Mason
A small man passionate about sandwiches and construction, frequently borrowing funds for projects that boost population and happiness.
Molder
Molder is a detective who suspects mold contamination and supernatural threats, partnering with Skelly for probes.
Mortimer
Mortimer emerges from the sea after players help the Fisherman, viewing expanded fishing as intrusion on his territory.
Royal Advisor
A young, intelligent woman who serves as the King/Queen's loyal advisor from the very beginning of their reign. She introduces the monarch to kingdom management and remains a constant presence throughout the game, handling administrative matters, population reports, economic decisions, and crisis management.
Scientist
An enthusiastic researcher who wants to industrialize the kingdom by constructing a Gold Generator that can mint gold indefinitely.
Skelly
Skelly is a friendly skeleton that appears to report anomalies and offer humorous interactions.
Stumpy
Stumpy is a tree from the western forest cut down by the kingdom's woodcutters; he seeks gold reparations to rebuild and promote sustainable harvesting.
Lil Fang
Lil Fang is a young vampire with magical powers who visits the kingdom periodically to offer crystal ball readings that reveal the player's future—though these visions come with unpredictable consequences. Unlike traditional blood-drinking vampire tropes, Lil Fang primarily interacts through mystical services rather than predatory behavior.
Witch
A purple-clad witch who serves as the kingdom's resident magical specialist. She maintains relationships with the spirit world, combats supernatural threats, and offers powerful but morally questionable services involving souls and dark magic. Despite her ominous abilities, she is fundamentally loyal to the kingdom and can become beloved by citizens as a folk hero.
Wizard
A mysterious spellcaster who appears at court and offers to perform magic that could greatly benefit or seriously harm the kingdom.
